Fashion Business Advice That Makes You A Winner

If you think wearing business custom made suits  is a surefire way of feeling uncomfortable 8 hours a day, think again. You’ve probably took style advice from your colleagues or boss who, most likely, don’t know the basics of fashion.

White suits have no place in your business wardrobe! Darker colors such as gray, navy or black show that you’re a serious person who wants to do business.

And finally you need to consider your shirts and ties…

Matching them is the fun part as it puts your creativity to work. The better you match them -> the better responses you will get from those involved in the business meetings -> the more successful you will be.
If you want something simple, go with a white shirt.

If you want something that will trigger more emotional reactions, go for a striped shirt with a matching tie and pocket square. This is harder to achieve but here’s a few pointers to get you started:

· Don’t wear too many patterns on you. For instance, a herringbone suit, a striped shirt an a striped tie will make your outfit look too busy. The viewer’s eyes will grow tired and you won’t get those positive responses anymore.

· Never match your tie and pocket square. many stores offer the tie and pocket square as a set. They have the exact colors and patterns on them. This is a biggie – don’t do it!

· Make contrasts between your shirt and your suit jacket. A black suit and a black shirt will make you look… shady.

Still don’t know where to start with color matching? Here’s a few color combinations for your business suits:

· Black suit, white shirt, navy blue tie and white pocket square

· Dark gray suit, orange shirt, gray tie
